DToysv2 Public Console

New dtoys, should be quieter than the last 32-bit version, but still 4 messages on load that you can see in the screen shot
NOTES:
Ignore the 4 messages at the beginning and there shouldn’t be any other warnings or errors poping up (if there are let me know…)
This console should be working for all operating systems (if its not…let me know)
binding is the same (bind “<key>” “<command>”)
If you want ohk and gmode you need nicdel’s lates vin.dll (which is…vin_v5b at the moment)
I was messing with binds and commands, the commands I tried to bind failed, so I used my fallback of the kill command
